I love doing this work because I get to meet people like you, and share in the joys and sorrows that make us most human.

I love the small things of this world: the shiny black shell of a beetle, the sound of a pigeon's wings slapping together as it takes flight, the smell of salt coming in from the sea in the evening.

I love words, the poetry and stories of our lives.  I love the symbols of our dreams and the images that rise out of ourselves when we listen. I love the moment of understanding when everything connects in a new way.

Many years ago, I found myself at a dead end in my own path, and started therapy to fix the places that I thought were broken. I continue to do this work now as a therapist myself because I love the essential wholeness that is revealed when we accept all the parts of ourselves, broken or not.

I believe that my calling is to wake up and be present to my own life, and in doing so be of service to others. The best way to find out if I am a good fit for you is to schedule a free consultation.  You can also read about my approach or look at some of the words from teachers who have inspired my work.
